INDIVIDUALS  Sometimes you don't want your family & friends to know what's been on your mind - therapy isn't what you need. You need an accepting, non-judgmental safe space to share. you don't need a therapist but they do want to share.

HEALTH & MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDERS & STUDENTS, LAW ENFORCEMENT& EDUCATORS:  Compassion fatigue, burnout, attrition and medication errors are serious issues amongst providers & students. Increase retention by providing an outlet for your team. I offer a Triple Package where a Conversation from the H.E.A.R.T is included.

CORPORATIONS Corporations must take care of their front line in order to increase their bottom line! When conducted in the safety of anonymity,  Conversations from the H.E.A.R.T. is an excellent tool for employee engagement,  employee assistance programs & to identify areas where your team needs support.

NON-PROFITS  Non-profits help people who need a little extra support. As as RN, I've seen how someone can't effectively be helped if the helper doesn't have the time to first see & hear the client.  Conversations from the H.E.A.R.T. does that for non-profits so they can work their magic!

Testimonials

“You gave me a safe space to talk about my pain. Without judgement, but with empathy, I could talk about my cruel life events with you. When we talked, your questions allowed me to respond from my healed place and not from my imperfections or areas where additional healing is still needed. You didn’t break open a wound for it to bleed again but kept the protective bandage on... and just peeked at the wound.” Rumi

Trisha D. from Washington says...

“I felt wonderful during and after our Conversations from the HEART! I felt  connected to a whole sorority of sisters; although each person's experience is different, we all have the same feelings about what happened to us. The shame, the aloneness and the stigma attached to something as
violating and horrible as sexual abuse, assault and/or physical assault. “Realizing that we are all feeling those feelings. I learned that holding onto those feeling doesn't help alleviate those feelings. Getting them out in the open without shame and without blaming myself, without taking on. the dirtiness of what happened to me was a nice surprise!”

Trisha D. from Washington says...

“The reflection of where I have been and what I have endured gave me such clarity. I now know just how strong I am to still be standing after all I've gone through. Sharing "my story" not only made it more real, but it also made me realize all the lessons I have gained .This is truly a great forum for people to express themselves. You have your own experience after sharing things that you have not shared with others at this level. "

Dawn S. from Pennsylvania says...

"Having a conversation like this is the beginning of the recognition of what is going on inside. It's the beginning of the healing process."

Geraldine F. from Pennsylvania says...

Claudia N. from California says...

Leslie asked well thought out and amazing questions-one thought provoking question after another. My background is in personal development and Leslie asked me about things I've never thought to ask clients.

I loved how instead of just saying “Yeah, I love that, can you expand on what you just said?”,she would rattle off a follow up question. The flow of Q&A was smooth and comfortable. I also truly respect her wealth of

information to support her line of questioning1

The conversation was great! You asked questions I haven't ever considered like the "genie and the one wish" question. I hope you do many more of these and post them on Youtube. They will help a lot of people. "
